what a beautiful mess

Like, Jenee, I love just sitting around the table as a family eating dinner. I really love when we have all finished eating (all but anna cause she is reaaaaalllly slow) and we talk and laugh, tell jokes and stories and talk about everyones day. Those are the times I learn the most from my children and learn the most about them. I also LOVE nacho movie night where we lay a picnic blanket on the carpet and I yell from the kitchen "Do you want chicken? Do you want beans? Do you want salsa? Do you want sour cream? Do you want Spicy Ranch? Do you want guacamole?" After a decade of doing nacho movie night, you'd think I'd have everyones order memorized. BUT for this post, I'm going to say my favorite place to eat is on the couch with Trevor after the kids have gone to bed and we chow down on Chilis Chips and Salsa and recently, Guacamole and of course drink Diet Coke and Diet Dr. Pepper.   And we most definitely chow down. We can eat a whole order in about 15 min...

On Saturday we bought shoes. Lots of shoes. 8 pairs of shoes. Snow boots and tennies. I love shoes. Especially my boots. They're going on 6 years old. And still in perfect (for me) condition! Here are some of the purchased shoes as they are right at this very second. You can see who likes them organized (me). So as to not be a liar, I have to add that I have bought some groceries since then: tortillas, salsa, cheese, milk, orange juice, some hair product, etc.... But I thought a picture of those would be boring. Instead you get a very exciting and lively picture of shoes. Can I also add that tonight is the season premier of Psych??? Chilis Chips and Salsa and Guac are purchased (hey....that would have been a good picture) and they are anxiously awaiting tonight when we get to eat them.

You can create your own outfits and then buy each piece, which I haven't yet done, but I plan to~ so much fun! While I would probably never have an occasion to  wear the above outfit~ I was just experimenting with the site when I created it~ I'll be doing outfits I will wear and posting it here for you all to see. Cause you care, right? I know, I know, you couldn't care less but it's fun, know what I mean?  I don't think anything is wrong with the outfit I created, it's totally cute, just a little too rocker chic for me. I think if would look GREAT on Jenna, though. Just an FYI for you Jenna! 

Another happy memory song. Except we did this during P90X so the memories are happier for me than for Trevor. He wasn't enjoying P90X so much. But again an excellent CD, even better song.

Joshua requested this song when I was on youtube. Its the "shopping" song. Cause it's set place in a supermarket. We have this CD and LOVE it! It brings back very happy, private memories~

I have a couple so this is the first song of 3! I LOVE music.... I didn't like this song at first but after reluctantly listening to it a couple of times, both Trevor and I and our kids all ended up loving it! It's not very country, at least not traditional country. More like some reggae or something like that. But very catchy and very happy...
