I dont have nearly all the blogs I had before, but I'm off to a good start. I guess I will just have to build it up slowly!!
Thanks to all who kindly let me know their blog address!

When did Trevor start growing facial hair? Seriously, you guys need to get down here! I miss the kiddies! I hope you guys can come soon, we were so sad when we heard you couldn't come over new years, stupid weather!
I miss you guys! Tal is missing you all too! We were looking at some pics from Idaho the other day and Tal said "those are my cousins!" excitedly, then he said "I miss them" sadly. haha I'm sure Tres misses ya'll too, he just hasn't said much about it yet. Hope all is going so sooo sooooo great for you guys!!! Think about ya a lot! Thanks again for letting us demolish your house for those few days. I had a blast and it was so nice to get to know your family better. Love and miss ya!
We have just received news that earlier today my sister Amy and her family have been in a car accident. Tim and the five kids are okay, although banged up, but Amy is in the ICU. They hit hail while driving and the car rolled 3 times and Amy was ejected from the car. All we know so far is that she has broken ribs and punctured lungs. Please, please please pray for her and her family. Thank you.
Lately, Carl is the only one who gets naps. (unless it's Sunday...then Trevor and I both demand one) If I was a big, hairy dog, I would expect naps everyday also and would just lay down where ever I wanted to (even it it was in everyone's way). You can just catch a glimpse of my moccasins. And trust me they.are.cute. I love madewell . My new favorite singer this week? Cat Stevens. It took me watching the movie Harold and Maude to really listen to his music. Wow. And hey, I'm not going to be shy. I'm going to sing out to the wild world that I love his songs. (if you also like Cat Stevens, then you'll understand the previous sentence...)
Our dinner tonight was filled with little tid-bits of new knowledge for our kids. It started with me quoting a saying my mom used to say "Tough titty said the kitty when the milk ran dry." I've said it for years to my kids and tonight was the first time they ever asked what a "titty" was. Trevor taught the kids "tallywacker" and "willywang" (I think that was what the last one was...I'm no good at remembering the technical names) We told a few riddles and then chased each other around the house trying to put underwear on each others heads. It's times like these that make me remember my own childhood and how much fun we used to have together...Thanks Mom and Dad!
