This ones for you Candice.....

It's been awhile. A long while, it feels like.
It's been a very long 5 days but its gone by fast.
If you know what I mean.
We are officially all moved in, unpacked and back in school.
The kids love school, our home and have adjusted magically.
I'm still getting used to a new town and not having anyone to put on the
 "emergency contact" sheet at school.
But we've done it before, we can do it again.
By the way, it is DANG cold here.
Jacket, scarf, gloves and all~that kind of weather.
But we are nice and toasty (and squished) in our new home.
Our house in Boise should be up for sale by the beginning of next week, possibly the end of this one.
(Anyone in the market for a nice, well loved and taken care of home?
Anyone? Anyone?)
But we really do like our apartment.
I love being all tight and close together.
Of course, half of our stuff is in a storage unit but there's less to clean which is GREAT!
We have lots of family time to just chill and relax with no home improvement stuff to do.
Like tonight we went to Target and got some hot chocolate
which Joshua really enjoyed.
And apparently we have cable in this house. That's not a good thing cause we do like to watch a little t.v. now and then (ha~maybe just a little too much).
Here we are doing just that:
(in case you were wondering why I seem to always have on a black sweater, which i'm sure your not but i'm going to tell you anyway~ I have like 4 of them, so it's only natural that you would see them a lot.)

So that's it. You should really come up and visit us sometime, anytime, whenever you feel like it. No need to call ahead or plan or do anything of that sort.
We'll be waiting for you.
And in case you can't get here tomorrow, I'll give you a picture tour of the house on my next post.
So exciting....,right?

Hi! I came across your blog through my friend ReAnn's blog. I just so happen to have a friend who is moving to Boise with her family next week and they are still house hunting. Maybe I came across this for a reason! Do you have an MLS number for your house listing that I can forward on to her? You can email me at kim and joey at hotmail dot com. BTW my family and I just moved across the country away from all of our family and friends too, so I feel ya. Good luck with everything!
