The start of our summer.

Our parties yesterday turned out great.

Josh and I were able to spend the day together riding bikes at the park through the sprinklers

(not as fun as it sounds),

watching a movie, eating lunch and ice cream cones and changing light bulbs.

Once the kids came home from their last day of school (yay!),

I cleaned out backpacks, art supplies and went through the remaining school work.

It's always a big mess when I do that which why you can see my bag of skittles

I had to help get me through it.

While the kids had their own party, Trevor and I went out on a much needed date.

We planned on a movie but since there were no movies playing that didn't have to do with aliens or

cartoons, we instead ate at a little Mexican place. We then

(tried to) rent a movie but there was nothing we wanted to see.

So we walked to Broulims, bought treats to eat while watching a movie that we own

and walked around a whole lot more.

It was relaxing and awesome.

After our walk, we drove through parts of Rexburg that we hadn't seen before.

It was funny that while we were driving we could see only half of the beautiful sunset that we

could have seen the whole thing of at home.

So we decided to head home, put the kids to bed and then we watched this.

We laughed and laughed and ate some crackers and had an ice cream cone.

It was positively wonderful...
