Candice and Quinn had their baby!

Image
She did so good and was so amazing! Quinn did awesome coaching her through the whole thing. He was right there the whole time massaging her back and giving her comfort.... Mom and Dad are so proud! And he is so precious and sweet!

here are some random pics from the last week or so. some of the pictures are a little weird with the color.. I played around with my camera and found some cool stuff. we did a live nativity on Christmas Eve.... It turned out good... Well, as good as could be expected with four children.... Then the kids woke up the next morning to a note from Santa! What a treat! (sorry its sideways..) Annabelle tried a sardine and didn't like it. at all. We went and saw Christmas lights, so that's not our house. It was one of those that go along with music. Surprisingly our Christmas lights are all taken down. I always thought we would be the people who left them up until the 4th of July.... Saturday the tree and all of the decorations came down. It was sad but so nice to have everything back in its place. This was an awesome Christmas... I felt the spirit so much confirming that our Savior was indeed born and did die for us. How blessed and loved we are! ~...

growing up....

Thats all these kids ever do with any consistency.... Sometimes I wish I could just stop time and make them stay as they are right. now. Stephen lost his first tooth today. It's all he had talked about all. day. long. Annabelle wanted to wear a holiday/spirit shirt to school on Monday. She had the great idea to have mom, me, to draw a poinesetta and tape it to her shirt. Instant holiday spirit! ~I love my kids~

We had a great Family Home Evening last night. Not only did we make a great treat (muddy buddies) but we were able to get out and finally meet some of our neighbors! Seriously, how lame are we, that we have lived here since March and have only met the two neighbors that live in our ward? The missionaries challenged us a couple of weeks ago to invite one of our neighbors over for dinner but that is going to be so hard! Trevor and I are so introverted...... Now we have to pick who to invite. Maybe I will do that and Trevor will have to actually extend the invite! That's a great idea!

Trevor worked so hard on our fireplace and I think he did a great job!!! It was a lot more work then we thought it would be but definitley worth it. We still have some trim to put back up on the walls but at least the major work is done.... And here is our Christmas tree this year! I must say that it is much better than last year! (sorry trevor!) Its a whole 11 and a half feet tall. The limit was 12 and when we were cutting it down, we thought we were way under that. Not so much! It's a very simple, homey tree! There's not much new going on around here! We are loving our stress free holiday. I have never had an easier Christmas before~ I still have stuff to do but for once I am not worrying about it! We wish we could see you all this Christmas season~ We love you all!

Happy December 1st!!!!
