All better!

Thank heavens! It was only a few hours kind of thing.... but a LOT of throwing up~
Being sick in the summer is the pits.

Tonight I went on a bike ride~ it was nice till the lightening started. I tried and tried to remember the rules when caught in a lightening storm. I did know that being on a metal bike during one is not a great idea. All I could do was ride home as fast as I could. I got a great workout~ not sure if it was from being so scared or by actually biking.
Summer storms are the best though...
