I started running again. I've said that about once a year since I was in High School.
I hate starting to run.
But I quit when winter comes and then start again in the spring. Except this year. I started in February, stopped in June and am starting again in August.
This time I'm determined to not stop. Im going to just keep on running through the winter. Maybe. It gets really cold here in Boise.
But anyway. I go about 30 minutes, getting in about 2 1/2 miles. Really slow.  Like really, really slow. But I do it.
You should do it with me. We can meet somewhere in the middle and run a race together.
Anyone up for running a race with someone who will complain the whole time and sweats buckets? Oh, but I am determined and will not stop until I'm on the very verge of fainting. And when I'm done, there is no one happier than me.  
Anyone? Anyone?

I will run a race with you! We can meet in the middle and make it a northern Utah one. I am out for a few more months and then I will be good to go. 3 weeks till this baby comes and then I am on the road to recovery!! Keep on running......

I'd run with you if I wasn't 3000 miles away. I've been an off again, on again runner, but am also determined to stick to it this time. I started in June with a small group of girls from church, which Makes it much more bearable. I plan on running a 10k next month. We could run that together;)

Two and a half miles in half an hour may seem slow to you; but for some of us....

I'm still running. Actually, we are having our first ever sisters' weekend for the Women's Fitness Celebration in September. No matter how long it takes you to jog/run a distance it's always harder work than walking for some reason. My next big goal is making it to 10K, but I am such a nerd because I think I need arch supports to accomplish that goal, keep getting pain when I try to train up.

Oh sawa I sure miss our run/walks. Remember that one time we ran 5 miles and were going to do it every Saturday? Yeaaah....I miss that!

I've been not so great at running lately & keep telling myself I need to do better. I was kinda, sorta training for a 1/2 marathon but then I messed up my ankle & never started back up. Today I was going to start again...but instead I'm checking blogs. Maybe tomorrow...
