Trevor made me.

Before Trevor went back to shower he told me to update my blog. So this is all his fault. I have no new pictures to put on my blog because I haven't had my camera out lately. I'm not sure why...I forget about it. Not too much new has happened lately. School is still going great for the kids. Right now they are on break for "Spud Harvest" but they do absolutely nothing for that. We went swimming today at a hotel in town and it was really fun. It was an indoor pool so we could just stay inside and swim instead of being outside in the horrible wind. School for me is going really good as well. I've had to write a lot. That's why I no longer blog very much...I can always come up with some kind of excuse not to! I enjoy having work to do during the day. It keeps me busy. Our house is in the process of being sold. What a huge blessing that is going to be for us! Not only will we be relieved of the burden of having that second mortgage, but we'll be able to ...

Joshua has become a full fledged reader!  And he loves it.  I'm not sure how good his comprehension skills are yet but he can read any word put in front of him.  We are super proud of him. I started school yesterday and so far so good.  I've had two quizzes and passed both with A! (It doesn't matter that they were so simple that is was somewhat embarrassing,  the important thing is that I passed them.) I think I'm going to really enjoy going to school.  Best news ever!: The Killers have a new album coming out in November consisting of their greatest hits.  And they released a new song yesterday that will be on their new album.  It's nothing short of amazing.  Have a listen: Shot At The Night.

20 years.

Stephen would have been 37 years old today.  After seeing the pictures my family has put on instagram,  it's made me think and miss him more today.  He was so handsome and great and annoying and talented. I really love him and miss him.

Blissful.

Another list.  This time a list of things that have been really great lately. *On Sunday we had a wonderful storm. It was so dang beautiful. Storms have always reminded me of my dad and now they remind my kids of their grandpa. It makes us miss him and my mom a lot. I wish we could be sitting on the porch enjoying the rain together. *Trevor has had a loooong weekend. And we've taken full advantage of it. And so that means, we have slept in every morning, gone to bed late, went to the temple, did some grocery shopping, gone to a movie, and just did pretty much whatever we wanted to. Neither of us are looking forward to him going back to work tomorrow. Except the house could benefit by it. I do the bare minimum of housework while he's home. Why waste the time folding laundry? *I went on my 18 mile run last week. It went really well. I was super worried about dogs (and at one point the night before when I couldn't sleep, I was worried about moose...). I only saw 12 dog...

A list.

Just a small one.  1. We took the kids to Roaring Springs a couple of weeks ago and had a darn good time.  Especially since we got to spend time with the Fowlers.  (I'm not sure who those people are in the background but they will forever be remembered.)   2. Last weekend we were in St. George for the baptisms of our  niece and nephew~ which was amazing.  We're so glad we got to be there!  3. Josh is still just as cute now as he was when he was in Kindergarten.  Especially when he sleeps with Curious George, maybe even more so.  4. The kids all started school and it was a success!  I dropped the boys off and then proceeded to run my fastest six miles yet... as I've told many people, I was running away from my tears. Literally.   (josh has now worn this shirt probably 4 times since last Wednesday...I keep washing it and he keeps wearing it. It doesn't matter to him that he has a weeks worth of...
